Here's how important our clients are to us: Bob the Chefs, now known as Bob's Southern Bistro, is a well-established and wildly popular restaurant and catering business in Boston's trendy South End neighborhood that specializes in mouth-watering Southern cuisine and features great live jazz. Owner Darryl Settles wanted to renovate the interior to increase seating capacity and appeal more to Boston's ever-increasing young urban professionals crowd. What began as a bar renovation quickly turned into a discussion and planning for a major renovation, which was eventually scaled back due to financial limitations.
