Equal parts of ability and agility – a typical scenario: We function as general contractor for a large, well-known retail operation with locations in Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We evaluate every potential site for them and figure out what it will take to build out the space to their specs – before they sign the lease. This way, they can negotiate the lease from a position of knowledge and fiscal strength. Then, once we receive architect’s drawings, we start construction right away and complete the job – on, or ahead of schedule - and typically under budget. And when the need to open new doors faster is there, we rise to that challenge, as well. Example: For the same client, we completed a new retail location for them in 10 days. We totally gutted the existing space and rebuilt it to roll out their new store concept. We worked around the clock to get it done – because, before we had even started the job, they had run an ad in the local papers saying it would be open by a specific date.
